This is a fairly dramatic example of how cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery can completely transform one’s facial appearance. This very pleasant lady desired to have cosmetic rhinoplasty to reshape her very droopy and bulbous nasal tip. When you see her photos on the side and oblique views, you can gain a better understanding of how much impact these features had on her overall facial appearance. On her side smiling view, these same features become even more prominent. I ended up performing an open cosmetic septorhinoplasty procedure to reshape her entire nose. Her post-rhinoplasty before and after photos speak for themselves in terms of demonstrating what I happen to think is complete transformation of her mid face region.
