Results of combined scapha ear reduction for macrotia with earlobe reduction. Note, his results are only days after the surgery. Like so many of Dr. Hilinski’s macrotia patients, this one flew from outside of the United States to have his ears reduced. This is largely because there just aren’t any other true experts out there when it comes to making the ear smaller in size.
