Example of rhinoplasty surgery to help smooth out unwanted ‘bony horns’ along the bridge. In addition, bridge reduction was performed to reduce the height of her dorsum. Minor tip modification was done in conjunction with these other maneuvers. The end result from rhinoplasty was a much smoother bridge contour with maintenance of a natural looking, feminine nose.
