Case-3786
This is an example of a male rhinoplasty patient who had prior cosmetic nose work done by a different plastic surgeon. Unfortunately, too much cartilage was removed from his nose – resulting in a pinched, feminized tip and a somewhat scooped bridge contour. I performed a revision rhinoplasty procedure using cadaveric costal (rib) cartilage grafting to help restore a more proper tip and bridge shape. He now has a nose that is more masculine and in balance with his facial features.
