Example of revision open rhinoplasty in this female patient from San Diego who desired to have symmetry of her tip following prior rhinoplasty by a different plastic surgeon. Notice improved symmetry of the nostril rims following revision by Dr. Hilinski. Patient also had chin augmentation with an implant.
