Case-4120
Example of reconstructive rhinoplasty to correct an asymmetric (crooked) nose deformity. Notice how prior to surgery his nose was crooked as seen from the frontal view. Look more closely at the middle one-third of his nose where you can see that his left side was depressed versus the right side. In addition, his tip was canted off to his right side. The surgery was performed using cartilage grafting techniques to create a more symmetrical anatomical contour and shape. Note how now his nose has relatively equal brow-tip esthetic lines. In doing so, the nose was also made to function better after surgery.
