Example of cosmetic reshaping of the lower face and neck to provide a more rested, rejuvenated appearance. Notice how her incisions (scars) are minimally visible in and around the ears. This is particularly challenging when dealing with patients like her who have darker, thicker ethnic skin. Most importantly, though, notice how she still looks very natural without obvious stigma of having had a facelift procedure.
