Case # 40

This is an example of cosmetic chin and neck reshaping to provide improved definition of the face and neck region. This patient had a chin implant placed in combination with tightening of the neck muscle (platysmaplasty). The surgery was performed through an incision made underneath the chin. Notice the overall improvement across her lower face and upper neck region.
