Example of neck lift in this elderly patient who had very poor chin projection and neck definition. Dr. Hilinski performed a lower face and neck lift procedure along with chin augmentation using an implant. Although he has now grown a beard, one can still easily appreciate how much more definition he now has along his jawline with a more masculine look overall.
