Great example of lop ear correction on her left side. This is a highly specialized type of cosmetic ear reshaping that is only performed by a few plastic surgeons out there. See how her left ear (right side of the photo) has been made taller by correcting the lop deformity. This involved reshaping the cartilage framework and moving her skin around to create a normal looking ear. On her right side, classic otoplasty (ear pinning) was performed to try and make both ears look as symmetrical as possible.
