Example of limited otoplasty to reshape this female’s ear following prior piercing with development of keloid scarring. She had previously undergone attempted repair by a different plastic surgeon, which was unsuccessful. Dr. Hilinski performed a revision otoplasty procedure to further reshape the ear to achieve these results.
