Dr. Hilinski fixed this lady’s short nose after she had prior rhinoplasty by a different plastic surgeon. Notice how her tip was left too short – as if it just stops. Dr. Hilinski completely rebuilt her nasal tip with complex cartilage grafting to help restore a more normal looking nose.
