Case # 30
Example of revision open rhinoplasty to further reshape a nose following prior, unsuccessful rhinoplasty performed by a different plastic surgeon. In this case, I ended up lengthening her nose – which is fairly unusual in the world of rhinoplasty – to bring the tip downward just a bit. I also helped to create just a bit more tip definition and symmetry. Overall, you can readily see the improvements – but she still looks like this is a nose she could have been born with years ago.
