Great example of revision reconstructive rhinoplasty to correct a saddle-type of deformity. This patient had prior surgery by a different plastic surgeon that resulted in an abnormal bridge depression. He also had weakness of the tip support and nostril rims. An ear graft was performed as part of the reconstruction to help create a more normal, natural looking nose that also functioned much better. As you can see, he still looks like himself – just a better version with improvement in terms of his nasal shape.
