Example of revision rhinoplasty following prior surgery performed by a different plastic surgeon. I ended up performing tip reshaping primarily to create more symmetry. This involved use of cartilage grafting technique to build up the right side of her nasal tip. Notice preservation of her overall look – but now with a more symmetrical and defined nasal tip.
