Rhinoplasty surgery to reshape the nasal tip primarily. The bridge was reduced and smoothed out. But more attention was given to making her nasal tip appear more refined. Note how her nasal tip has been lifted slightly – plus it now looks more like a ‘soft triangle’ and is also more symmetrical on her face.
