Example of rhinoplasty to create improved overall shape and contour. More specifically, I ended up correcting her retracted columella – which was most visible on the side view where you can see the area under the nasal tip looking as if it was excessively tucked up. In addition, I created more nasal tip refinement with a smoother transition into the bridge. Overall, this is somewhat of a finesse type of rhinoplasty surgery.
