This is an example of septorhinoplasty surgery to help correct a severely asymmetric and abnormal nostril shape. This patient desired to have the base of the nose reshaped to help provide a more normal looking foundation for his nasal tip region. Notice the dramatic improvement following an open septorhinoplasty surgery.
