Example of ethnic rhinoplasty to create a more defined, narrowed appearance in this young lady from San Diego. I ended up performing an open cosmetic rhinoplasty that included bridge reshaping, tip refinement and overall narrowing of the nose. If you look at her nose from the base (bottom) view, you can really appreciate how the tip of her nose is now much more triangular in shape, rather than rounded.
