Example of cosmetic rhinoplasty to totally refine this young lady’s nose. In addition to reducing the convexity along her nasal bridge, I lifted her nasal tip and narrowed the nose to create a more defined, feminine shape overall. In the end, you can see that she has a nice transformation, yet still looks quite natural.
